BAS Energy Bring Home Two Awards From The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TECLA) 2017

The TELCA Awards 2017 promised to be the best so far and Geoff, Sumit and the team didn’t disappoint!

The grounds of the HAC provided a relaxed, fun setting, even if they were a little colder than last year. After an hour or so of enjoying a ‘mingle’ and the generous supply of welcome drinks, we assembled with our industry peers in the Awards room.

It’s fair to say the TELCAs are the most important awards in the Energy Broker/TPI’s calendar, with the most attractive awards categories, judged by the most revered panel, which is why the team at BAS Energy is currently brimming with pride at bringing home a double by winning the award for ‘Best Advice’ and our CEO Chris Shaw being awarded ‘Inspirational Leader’.

Whilst we were up against very strong competition, let me tell you why BAS Energy in particular is worthy of the Best Advice award; because we put our customers at the heart of everything we do; from securing the best cost savings for our customers’ utility bills to providing free data management software which enables our customers to analyse their energy usage, we are always looking to provide the best advice and experience that’s tailored to their needs; as a result they come back to us time and time again.

So, heads held high, that’s 3 awards this year already under our belt (including a compliance award for ethical and compliant selling methods) and what’s going to change? Nothing fundamentally, but we’ll continue to tweak, continue to measure and continue to polish our service where necessary. We’re staying super-charged and will continue doing what we do!

Well done to all the other finalists and winners and we hope everyone enjoyed the amazing evening that Energy Live News produced.
